Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: BTS in construction studies and economics, DUT in civil engineering, or equivalent
Experience: At least 3 years in public or private project management
The profile they look for:
- Know building techniques and related regulations.
- Know how public procurement rules are applied.
- Use office software well.
- Show negotiation skills and integrity.
- Work independently, with rigour and good organisation.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in project management of works.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
