Category: Category B (intermediate)
Experience: Experience as a maintenance technician with CMMS (GMAO) skills is appreciated.
The profile they look for:
- Expert knowledge of building techniques and maintenance
- Expert knowledge of safety, hygiene and accessibility rules for public buildings
- Good command of the public procurement code for works
- Able to write a specification document
- Rigorous, independent and well organised
- Able to report to and alert the line manager
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
