Civil servants with the technician territorial grade can apply. Contract agents can also apply if no civil servant is selected.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: BTS or Licence in IT (BAC+2 to BAC+3), or territorial technician grade
Experience: Experience in a public administration or local authority is preferred
The profile they look for:
- Be a territorial technician civil servant or have a BAC+2 to BAC+3 in IT
- Know how to install and maintain systems
- Know networks and their protocols
- Know the ITIL method for managing changes
- Be independent, rigorous and able to work in a team
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
