Category: Category B (intermediate)
The profile they look for:
- Level 1 troubleshooting and IT diagnosis.
- Knowledge of Windows 11, Office and Outlook.
- Able to set up printers and remote access (VPN).
- Good communication, teaching skills, teamwork.
- Rigour, autonomy and responsiveness.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
