The profile they look for:
- First-level troubleshooting and diagnosis.
- Microsoft Office or LibreOffice, Outlook email, Windows 11.
- Printer setup, remote access (VPN), Active Directory.
- Good people skills, teaching ability, teamwork.
- Rigour, autonomy and responsiveness.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
