The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, servers, networks and security.
- Working knowledge of Windows systems, workstations and servers.
- Ability to use equipment management and ticketing tools.
- Ability to diagnose and solve complex incidents.
- Ability to write procedures and documentation.
