Diploma: IT training
Experience: Experienced, with production experience
The profile they look for:
- IT training and experience in production.
- Good command of production environments (AIX, Debian, Redhat, Windows Server, storage).
- Basic knowledge of production tools (monitoring, backups, scheduling).
- Knowledge of the release process and ITIL processes.
- Able to follow procedures and solve incidents using instruction sheets.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:

- On-call duty (astreinte).
- Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:30 or 9:30-18:00 depending on the schedule.
- The candidate must fill in the NIS form to obtain NIS clearance.
