Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because one entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Experience: Beginners accepted

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Electronic documents must be named « NOM CV » and « NOM LM ».
