Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A contract agent can be hired if no civil servant application succeeded, and a person who has not passed a civil service competition can apply.

Diploma: No diploma required.
Experience: Significant experience in a similar job.
The profile they look for:
- Significant experience in a similar job.
- Heavy goods vehicle (HGV) licence required.
- Electrical authorisation (habilitation électrique) desired.
- Knowledge of mechanics and welding.
- Rigour and versatility.
- Able to work alone and as part of a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
