Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who is not a civil servant can be hired at an entry grade of category C, without a competitive exam.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Hold a driving licence, category B
- Good knowledge of managing road operations
- Good knowledge of public procurement
- Skills in administrative and financial management
- Rigour, independence, organisation and teamwork
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
