Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because one of the grades offered is an entry-level category C grade.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac+2 degree in computing

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
