Civil servants and contract staff can apply. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible, because the entry grade is category C.

Diploma: Diploma in computing or networking, Bac+2 level
Experience: Significant experience in IT fleet or application management

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
