Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. Contract staff on fixed-term contracts (CDD) cannot apply. The job is subject to the special statute of the prison administration's civil servants.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
