Civil servants of the technician job group can apply by transfer, mobility or secondment. Non-civil servants can apply for a fixed-term contract; civil servant applications are reviewed first.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Higher education in computer science
Experience: 2 to 5 years in IT equipment fleet management
The profile they look for:
- Higher education in computer science
- 2 to 5 years of experience managing an IT equipment fleet
- Good knowledge of main operating systems and admin tools
- Good knowledge of network components
- Skills in programming languages and scripting
- Rigour, pragmatism and good writing skills
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application succeeds.
