Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The job is open to the technician grades, from technician to first-class principal technician. A driving licence (category B) is required.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac + 2 level diploma or equivalent
Experience: Experienced
The profile they look for:
- Bac + 2 level diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of systems, networks and security tools (AD, GPO, VLAN)
- First-level maintenance and diagnosis skills
- Organised, methodical and rigorous
- Good team player and listens well to users
- Works on their own and can make operational decisions
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
