- Strong skills in workstations, office software and Outlook.
- Strong skills in first-level repair and diagnosis.
- Strong skills in printer setup and remote access (VPN).

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
