The profile they look for:
- Strong skills in Windows 10, office software and Outlook.
- Good level in first-level troubleshooting and diagnosis.
- Knowledge of network printing, VPN and Active Directory.
- Teaching skills and good people skills.
- Rigour, autonomy and responsiveness.
- Writing skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
