Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff on permanent contracts (CDI) can apply on the date the mobility period opens. People who are not civil servants can apply if they have a CDI.

Experience: 2 years in a similar role preferred
The profile they look for:

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
