Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents on permanent contracts (CDI) can apply on the date the mobility period opens.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Experience: 2 years in a similar role preferred
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of workstations, operating systems and basic networks.
- Ability to receive and handle support requests.
- Ability to install and repair IT equipment.
- Ability to manage users and the IT equipment pool.
- Availability, service mindset, good relationships and organisation.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
