The profile they look for:
- Team leadership and management, in-depth knowledge.
- Flow and stock management, in-depth knowledge.
- Knowledge of the hospital environment, in-depth knowledge.
- Rigour, method and sense of organisation.
- Ability to set objectives and assess results.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
