Civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers can apply. For the external competitive exam, a level IV diploma in a technical field is required.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Technological or vocational baccalauréat, or level IV diploma in a technical field (building, technical control and maintenance, hygiene and safety, logistics and hotel services, reprography and documentation)
The profile they look for:
- Hold a technological or vocational baccalauréat, or a level IV diploma
- Have training in one of the listed technical fields
- Be able to coordinate a workshop or production unit
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
