Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: BTS or DUT in fluids, energy
The profile they look for:
- Bac + 2 in fluids or energy (BTS, DUT).
- Good computer skills with office software.
- High level of autonomy in organising your work.
- Ability to make proposals.
- Good interpersonal skills with elected officials, staff and partners.
- Driving licence (permis B) essential.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
