Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The job is also open outside competitive exams to people with disabilities, subject to a diploma condition.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac +2 or bac +3 (BTS SIO, DUT Informatique, professional bachelor in computer systems), or equivalent experience
Experience: 2 to 3 years in user support or IT fleet management, ideally in the public sector
The profile they look for:
- Master the hardware architecture of IT equipment and the information system
- Know the IT tools used by the local authority (MECM, GLPI)
- Know Windows and the Office suite
- Know PowerShell, GPO and Active Directory, or similar software
- Be rigorous, service-minded and good with people
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
