Open to civil servants of the technicians cadre d'emplois (Technicien, Technicien principal 2nd and 1st class) and to contract staff. A contract employee can only be hired if no civil servant has been successfully recruited.

- Able to apply a diagnosis on fire safety equipment.
- Technical knowledge of lifts and buildings.
- Good knowledge of ERP regulations.
- Able to define a multi-year works programme.
- Knowledge of public procurement procedures.

2 Résumé and cover letter
