The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Unix and Mac systems.
- Good command of email, security and backup software.
- Knowledge of networks, telephony and wireless networks.
- Basic electronics skills for troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a team and handle user relations.
- English level 1 for reading and listening comprehension.
