Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac+2 minimum in computing.
Experience: Expert level expected.
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows system administration.
- Detecting, diagnosing and classifying incidents.
- Creating and tracking incident tickets with a ticketing tool.
- Good organisation, rigour and autonomy.
- Good writing skills and communication sense.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
