Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. Posts are open at the grades of technicien, technicien principal 1st class and technicien principal 2nd class.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: BTS or DUT in building, or experience in the building sector
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of building techniques, standards and fire safety rules for public buildings.
- BTS or DUT in building, or professional experience in construction.
- Knowledge of how local authorities work and of public procurement.
- Good skills in Word and Excel; basic AutoCAD.
- Ability to run studies and several projects on your own.
- Good organisation, team spirit and people skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
