The profile they look for:
- Bac + 2 diploma in IT, with knowledge of networks and the Microsoft environment.
- Good command of Windows 10/11, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to diagnose and solve level 1 and 2 incidents.
- Good people skills, listening, patience and teaching ability with non-specialist users.
- Organised, autonomous and rigorous, with a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
