The offer does not say who can apply. The text refers to the list of diplomas required for entry by qualifications for the hospital public service laboratory technician exams.
Diploma: BTS in biological and biochemical analysis, or DUT in Applied Biology (biological and biochemical analysis option).
The profile they look for:

- Technical basics in molecular biology and serology.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of quality processes in laboratories.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
