Category: Category B (intermediate)
The profile they look for:
- Experience running sites across all building trades.
- Knowledge of building maintenance procedures.
- Knowledge of CMMS (GMAO) and building management systems (GTC/GTB).
- Good skills in Excel and Word.
- Good writing skills, listening and dialogue.
- Rigour, reactivity, autonomy and teamwork.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
