- Know the business applications and software used by the prison administration.
- Diagnose IT incidents.
- Know prison security rules and the circular on IT access.
- Be able to work with partners and in a team.
- Show rigour, quick reactions and initiative.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
