Category B civil servants at Technicien grade, people who passed a competitive exam or test, and contract staff. A contract worker can be hired when no civil servant has applied.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac+2 minimum in water, sanitation or road and network works (VRD)
Experience: Ideally, a first experience in a similar job, preferably in a local authority or public water service.
The profile they look for:
- Bac+2 minimum in water, sanitation or road and network works (VRD).
- Good knowledge of collective and non-collective sanitation rules.
- Driving licence category B with driving authorisation required.
- Knowledge of safety rules for work on public land.
- Liking for fieldwork outdoors and ability to lift heavy loads.
- Teaching skills and easy communication with residents and partners.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
