The job is first open to civil servants and competitive exam winners, in the technician grades of the territorial civil service. If no civil servant applies, a contract worker can be hired.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: At least Bac+2: DUT Génie Civil, BTS Bâtiment, licence pro or equivalent
The profile they look for:
- At least Bac+2 (DUT Génie Civil, BTS Bâtiment, licence pro or equivalent).
- Good command of professional software (office tools, CAD).
- Good knowledge of building techniques and regulations.
- Knowledge of public procurement and budget management.
- Ability to supervise staff and handle conflicts.
- Independence, sense of responsibility and good method.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Driving licence B required for travel.
