Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. The open grades include Technicien, Technicien principal and Agent de maîtrise.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac to bac+2 level in building or civil engineering, or equivalent (a plus)
The profile they look for:
- Training at bac to bac+2 level in building or civil engineering is a plus.
- Knowledge of buildings, public building safety rules, accessibility and public contracts.
- Good office software skills and ability to follow technical and budget work.
- Driving licence B required.
- Electrical authorisation B0, H0, H0V wanted.
- Rigour, independence, quick reactions and good people skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Possible on-call duty (astreintes).
- May take part in winter snow clearing and the town emergency plan (PCS).
