Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The job is open to the grades of technician, senior technician (2nd class) and senior technician (1st class).
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac+2 to Bac+3 in building, civil engineering or maintenance (BTS, DUT, professional degree).
Experience: Experience wanted in building maintenance or technical management of buildings.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of all building trades.
- Knowledge of ERP rules, fire safety and accessibility.
- Knowledge of public contracts and local authorities.
- Ability to manage contractors and coordinate work.
- Budget and contract follow-up.
- Driving licence (permis B) required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
