  • Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings
  • Check that public buildings (ERP) meet safety and accessibility rules
  • Set up and follow operating contracts and their proper delivery
  • Manage the intercommunal property and suggest energy savings
  • Coordinate work with the building team, contractors and departments
  • Take part in budget preparation and spending follow-up
