Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open to supervisor and technician grades of the local civil service.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac or BTS in building, public works or thermal engineering (preferred)
Experience: Experienced; experience in a similar role appreciated
The profile they look for:
- Bac or BTS in building or thermal engineering preferred
- Knowledge of public procurement, DTU and construction rules
- Good knowledge of fire safety and accessibility for disabled people
- Good skills in organising building sites
- Driving licence category B required
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Working time of 36h30 per week, 25 days of leave and 9 RTT days.
- Benefits: allowance equal to a 13th month, employer contribution to transport and health insurance.
