Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. The post is open to the grades of technicien, technicien principal de 2nd class and technicien principal de 1st class.

Experience: Significant experience maintaining a building stock
The profile they look for:
- Significant experience maintaining a building stock
- Mastery of general building techniques and standards (DTU)
- Solid knowledge of asbestos issues
- Knowledge of rules for public buildings open to the public
- Ability to analyse, summarise and work in a team
- Driving licence category B required
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
