Open to civil servants and contract staff. A contract worker can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: BTS or DUT in building, or equivalent
The profile they look for:
- BTS or DUT in building, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of building technical equipment (building management systems).
- Knowledge of building safety rules, including ERP rules.
- Help writing technical specifications for public tenders.
- Rigour, organisation and teamwork across services.
- Driving licence category B. Knowledge of AutoCAD LT.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Position vacant from 1 January 2027.
- The post is open to the grades of technician, senior technician 2nd class and 1st class.
- Driving licence category B required.
- Remote work not stated.
