Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. The post is open to the grades of Technicien, Technicien principal de 1ère classe and Technicien principal de 2ème classe.

Diploma: Higher diploma in systems and networks or equivalent training
The profile they look for:
- Higher diploma in systems and networks, or equivalent training
- Solid knowledge of the computer workstation environment
- Skills in diagnosing and fixing software and hardware problems
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, Citrix and the Office suite
- Service mindset, listening skills and teaching ability with users
- Responsive, methodical and autonomous
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
