Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. Open grades: technicien, technicien principal de 2nd class or 1st class.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac +2: professional bachelor in water management or protection, BTS Gemeau or BTS water trades
Experience: A first experience in the field would be an asset.
The profile they look for:
- Bac +2 in water or sanitation (BTS Gemeau, BTS water trades)
- Knowledge of sewer networks and non-collective sanitation
- Civil engineering and public works skills appreciated
- Knowledge of GIS and ability to read and draw plans
- Organised, able to set priorities to meet deadlines
- Autonomy, rigour and teamwork
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
