- Know the rules and techniques of collective sanitation systems
- Know the legal framework, public contracts and budget and accounting rules
- Be rigorous and well organised
- Driving licence (category B) required
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
