Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. The post is open to the grades of adjoint technique principal 1st or 2nd class, and agent de maîtrise.

Diploma: Vocational baccalaureate or equivalent in public works or civil engineering
Experience: Experienced level required; experience in a similar post appreciated

- Good command of geographic information systems.
- Knowledge of public procurement rules.
- Ability to create and enforce a procedure.
- Rigour, quick reactions and meeting deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
