Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The job is open to the technician grade of the territorial civil service.

Diploma: Bac Pro or technical certificate (brevet technique)
The profile they look for:
- Holds a Bac Pro or a technical certificate (brevet technique).
- Able to run a site meeting.
- Good at monitoring routine maintenance works.
- Knows the basics of VRD trades.
- Masters health and safety rules and SPS coordination.
- Knows electrical networks, DR/DICT rules and asbestos rules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
