Civil servants and contract workers can apply. Direct hiring is possible without a competitive exam, because the grade is an entry grade in category C (adjoint technique).
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Beginners accepted.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
