- Strong knowledge of public accounting and public procurement rules
- Knowledge of amicable and legal debt collection
- Good skills in office software, mainly Excel
- Analytical and summary skills, good writing skills
- Organised, rigorous, good at setting priorities and working in a team
2 Résumé and cover letter
