The profile they look for:
- Know food hygiene and safety rules (practical level, to be acquired).
- Know how to use an automated dishwashing machine.
- Know plated service techniques.
- Know how to receive and check products.
- Work well in a team and be organised.
- Be welcoming, adaptable and a good communicator.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work not possible.
- Weekly working time of 38 hours, with shifted hours and work on weekends and public holidays.
- Post vacant since 1 August 2025.
