Experience: At least 3 years in a server job.

- Good skills in table service and welcoming guests.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules.
- Knowledge of how cash registers work.
- Ability to lead a team of service staff.
- Punctual, rigorous, independent, and service-minded.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
