Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Welcoming guests (advanced level).
- Teamwork (advanced level).
- Organising your work (working level).
- Applying regulations, including hygiene and safety (working level).
- Adapting and communicating (working level).
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 31 (Closes in 61 days)
Apply through the employer website linked from the official offer, with the signed mobility form. The form is mandatory.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Expected time in the post: at least 3 to 5 years.
- High availability for meal service hours, long periods standing.
- 38 hours per week, 27 days of annual leave and 16 RTT days.
- Open to on-call duties and duty shifts. No remote work. Meals possible on site (mess).
