Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is category C, with the grades of adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal 1st or 2nd class.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP/BEP in Locksmithing-Metalwork, or vocational bac in Building structures
The profile they look for:
- Master locksmith techniques: installation, adjustment, troubleshooting.
- Know the basics of interior finishing: joinery, painting.
- Quickly diagnose a fault or malfunction.
- Use power and hand tools.
- React quickly to safety issues.
- Be versatile and work with several municipal departments.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
